Grand National Quail Club - Past Shooters Council
| MEMBERSHIP |
Membership in the Past Shooters Council is open to all persons who become Past Shooters of the Grand National Quail Hunt. The organization shall have three classifications of membership - Active, Inactive, Retired, criteria for which shall be established by the membership. Only active members will be eligible to compete in the annual Grand National Quail Hunt.

| PURPOSES |
| The Past Shooters Council shall be a non-profit organization whose purposes shall be to: |
| 1. |
Support and promote the Grand National Quail Hunt and to assist in maintaining the Hunt's stature as a sporting event of major national significance.
|
| 2. |
Promote friendly relations among Past Shooters of the Grand National Quail Hunt, and a spirit of cooperation between Past Shooters and Sponsors of the Hunt.
|
| 3. |
Support and promote sound principles of wildlife management and conservation.
|
| 4. |
Promote sportsmanship and preserve the heritage of the shooting sport in America.
|
| 5. |
Carry out other resolutions as indicated by addendums hereto.
